Employer Services for You
The Board Office is responsible for administration of the Program, which includes maintaining employer and employee account records, investing payroll deferrals, processing withdrawal requests and generating employer and employee account statements.
Employers with questions or needing assistance should contact the finance department of the Board Office.

Participant Services for Your Employees
The Service Center has licensed Account Executives who can help your employees with their Ohio DC account information. They assist participants with enrollment, deferral changes, allocation changes to their investment options, asset allocation information, and starting withdrawals from their account once they have retired. These services are provided at no cost to participants.
